(Side tangent: I really strongly believe that if you are going to sweeten a product, you should just flat out use real sugar - but in moderation. It’s better for your blood sugar than artificial sweeteners and it also tastes better.) In addition, sugar can serve as an uptake delivery method into your body’s cells. So in this case, the sugar literally helps the creatine make sure it arrives in the right places. Lastly, taste is great. Not very sour like Sour Patch kids, so it’s a good tangy without any pucker. Highly recommend.
