So this was such an amazing surprise to take my creatine in a more unconvential way I may not have thought about before. I am so used to just throwing the powder in a preworkout or a protein shake that this really made it fun to try it in a new way. I have to say the customer service was amazing! Tried my friends cabana creatine gummies a few weeks ago and decided to get some for myself. I’ve taken creatine powder for years but was always annoyed having chalky smoothies or taking multiple capsules. These make the experience so much more enjoyable and I like that they have a few grams of cane sugar to help with the absorption of creatine. I can tell these have the amount of creatine they claim to have bc of the slightly gritty texture the other brand I tried in the past was basically just candy with a creatine gummy label on it and did nothing for me. The taste is pretty unbearable, I found myself chewing and swallowing them as quickly as possible so may as well stick with capsules. I tried them for a week and ended up with more nausea than I’ve had with other products, it didn’t subside after the first few days either so these just aren’t for me. I've been taking these before workouts for the last week, and I honestly can say I look forward to taking them each day!! They are not like a traditional gummy candy, more so like a chew. The taste is consistent through each gummy, not too big and not too small in sizing. The one thing I'm most happy about is that I'm less sore after lifting!!
