Q: How can anyone trust this is good since the company is reimbursing people if they give a 5 star review?

My 5 star review really is legit, regardless of reimbursement. It was a great kit that I brought to work with me and we all enjoyed it. I'm not one that could lie and give it a higher rating than it deserves, although I obviously can't speak on others' behalf.

Q: Are the tea flavor packs decaf?

The matcha one may have a little caffeine as it’s green tea based, but I don’t believe the other flavors do in the kit.

Q: The outside box was open when we received it, is it suppose to be like this?

No. The box should be sealed. There is a section that can be opened on top.

Q: What if you don't own a microwave?

Just place in a cup of hot water for a min or so.
