Alrighty here we go! Honestly it works. Hair seems thicker and definitely grows faster (nails too but whatever). There are real benefits though. I weight lift and play sand volleyball, and that can add some wear and tear on my joints. After consistently using this product (and yes...be consistent) I have actually noticed a faster recover and less joint pain.The downside is it actually kind of has a flavor? It subtle and I mix it with coffee so its not a big deal. It blends well, and I stack other stuff on top of it...so whatever from my perspective.Great for basically anyone super active or just dealing the the fun side effects of aging.I have not noticed any extra effects on my skin directly but I also have a terrible skincare routine. Vital Proteins always delivers quality products. I stopped using them for a bit but have been trying to make a powerful coffee smoothie so I decided to come back and try vanilla. The smell and taste is great. I make a cold brew milkshake so I blend it and it comes out smooth and frothy 🤤. I see a difference in my skin and I think my nails are growing better so it's effective! My only complaint is that this variant of VP is expensive and I go through it too fast.

I absolutely love this product. My hair has grown and looks more fuller since I started using this product a month ago. My skin also ha s a great glow and is much firmer. Now because of the sodium levels ,I only do 1 tbsp not 4 per day. Oh, and the best part you can't taste i and is completely dissolves in hot drinks, not so much in cold drinks.

No issues with digestion, which is saying something (I’m a GLP-1 patient). Unsure about any effects on my complexion, but I’m 46 and consistently told I look a decade younger.

I really like this collagen powder. Next time I’ll probably go back to the non flavored one. The vanilla flavor is a little intense but doesn’t taste bad.
