I loved this product. I ordered just before Christmas and it made perfect personalised gifts. I used all 6 mugs that were included and gave all of them as presents and they were all loved and enjoyed - you definitely get your money’s worth.It was very easy to use and the instructions were very clear. Only thing to note was it didn’t come with sublimation paper, I ordered that at the same time.Would definitely recommend if you’re a beginner and want a simple but effective craft!

I didn't really know what this was, couldn't understand how it can give out a print without ink, like a printer would have..It came with 6 small ish mugs, and then the machine itself.I haven't yet had a chance to use it, because there's a part that doesn't come with it, you have to buy it separately but it is a key part! Not mentioned in the description at all, but it is the sublimination paper. I mean yeah included are gloves and tape etc but the part you actually need isn't there. Pity.It has a button for automatic press, so press it and off you go.

I’ve never used a mug heat press machine before however this was straight forward to use and the end result is good.It’s an automatic press meaning you press the button and it does its thing, so really simple!The set comes with 6 mugs however I was really disappointed that no sublimation paper was provided, meaning you need to buy this separately before being able to use the machine. I couldn’t see this mentioned anywhere in the listing so it’s worth noting as I think this is the biggest downside to this machine.Once the machine has finished printing it beeps to let you know it has finished and releases the cup. There is a bit of a smell during the printing process but that is to be expected and it’s not too overpowering.This is a good machine for both beginners and experienced crafters, the prints are of a high quality and the machine is not too big.
