It worked well..not as heavy duty as the original one,but it works.

Bad, bad product!!
This product lasted less than three uses, less than an hour of using before it seized and the brush would not turn. I using my old one...this one is going in the trash. Very disappointed!!!! You only get a star because it won't let me without it - you don't disserve it.

Head ok trigger lock poorly designed
The power head is fine, it does draw more power than the OEM head, beyond that it is fine. The trigger lock doesn’t keep the trigger on when the handle is pulled down, it doesn’t rotate enough. The lock keeps flipping back up due to it not rotating enough. Doesn’t matter how far on the trigger guard you place it, it won’t stay down.

Makes my V11 pick up like new again!
My V11 stopped picking up dirt and dog hair very well. I noticed the bristles were almost gone of the head. Bought this replacement part while waiting on an original part from Dyson. I just tried this one and OMG. I couldn’t believe how fast the canister filled up. It was like it is a brand new vacuum again.
