The dehumidifier arrived in perfect condition. I let it sit for an hour just in case it was tilted at any point during delivery per instructions. Plugged it in and it went right to work! On low setting you barely hear it unless you're right on it. Even at high fan speed it's very quiet. So far it seems very efficient at removing moisture from air in rather large basement. No leakage of any kind. The collection bucket slides out, has a handle for easy transport to where you decide to empty the condensate and a cover with a nice pour port to reduce any splashing. Great investment at a very reasonable price! 2025 energy star certified confirmed. Can't beat the warranty either!

It’s early on. Time will tell. But so far this dehumidifier works really well. Bought it to replace an old GE model that was starting to become loud and not work so well.First of all the unit has a nice clean design, simple and effective controls and the build quality seems solid.Secondly, it really is quiet. This is way quieter than the old one it’s replacing, even when that one was new. For sure the most quiet one I’ve ever owned. I have a finished basement and sometimes I’d need to shut down my dehumidifier to watch movies, especially late at night. With this unit, it’s essentially about as loud as a normal fan, with a slight steady hum. You almost don’t know it’s a dehumidifier that’s running. Totally unobtrusive. It also isn’t putting out as much heat as the old one it’s replacing.I have it draining to my sump pump well with the provided hose and it’s pulling plenty of water. There’s no question the basement is more comfortable now. It’s definitely effective in the 1100sqft space.Again, time will tell on the longevity. To be fair, most store bought units are hit or miss anyway, and they aren’t made by the company whose name bagdge is on it. I was happy to get 4 years or so out of my old unit, and I’d be glad to get the same from this. I will say I wish it had a remote or some type of WiFi but to be fair that’s not really a huge deal and it’s not as though it claims to have one.Overall I’d recommend trying this one out. I was skeptical as I didn’t know the name but I’ve had some decent luck now with a lot of these Amazon brands. It’s a nice looking, quiet and effective unit.

It is quiet, it works fantastic and pulls the humidity level gradually DOWN. It generates definitely some hot air out of it, energy efficient YES Please & Yes this one HITS the nail! I've dreaded to pay the amount of money BUT its so worth it! To hope it is durable & will be a member of the household gadgets for a while 😁

This is the first unit [of two] that I've purchased in the last 7 months. Not highest rating, but close... appearance, quality, operation, noise level, warranty, all excellent... capacity and 'longevity', not so much... customer support makes-up for the shortfall.The unit is well made, much quieter than most others, and simple to operate. Capacity, however, is 'nowhere' close to the claim of 4500sf, more like 1000, or less. My 2nd-floor apartment is 600 square feet, very well insulated, and this unit just keeps up with maintaining humidity levels 45-50%. As for 'longevity', the unit started 'freezing-up' on the bottom third of the evaporator coil [indication of refrigerant loss] and displaying 'HS" error codes within 6 months... similar 'longevity' issues seem to be common with all portable dehumidifiers I, and others, have owned. As for customer support, I was more than pleasantly surprised... it's always a pain to have to 'deal with problems', but upon documenting the issues, support was extremely responsive and sent-out a new, unopened, replacement unit immediately.The replacement unit just arrived and is operating well so far, I will 'update' on the unit [as well as the second unit I purchased more recently] after some working time.

Definitely a must buy only had it a few weeks and does the job very well and it’s quieter than other ones I’ve owned and will be purchasing another one for the living room I have first one in bathroom it’s very easy to use and energy efficient if you’re looking for a quiet and dependable dehumidifier this is the one and it comes with a warranty and customer service is great

Surprisingly this dehumidifier really works. I was amazed at how much moisture the machine was able to collect within the first hour of turning rhis bad boy on. A plus is that it’s quiet as well. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because when I connected the water pump to flow to my sub pump the water didn’t instant drain. There still was a collection of water in the bucket, at the same time the water was dripping out to the sub pump. If it worked like it was intended, no water should of been in the bucket and all the water should of been flowing freely down from the drain to the sub pump. Nevertheless, there are more positives than negatives to getting this dehumidifier. I would still recommend this as a great purchase.New update- 7/4/25My previous review I had gave this product 4 stars because of the drain not working well. It’s weird, in the beginning I had to manually drain the water and only some of the water was coming out of the drain port but after that, now the water does drain through the sub pump. I find that so weird because I didn’t do anything differently from my initial month of having it. Maybe that’s the normal process. Update to 5 stars.

This dehumidifier is compact, very quiet, and efficient. We are really impressed with its effectiveness--it has made a tremendous difference in our humid environment. We find that the unit is just "smart enough" for our taste--it has intelligently designed settings that don't require us to be tech geniuses for great results.In addition, the customer service offered by Aeocky on this unit has been outstanding. Their team is exceedingly responsive and available for questions and issues.
