I get breakouts from time to time and I find that using this on my skin will help dry and clear out the breakout a few days after I tap it into my skin. I can't use it more than once every few days because I find that it stings and will cause flakiness, but that is normal with exfoliating products. It does feel pretty strong, so I'll add product into a gauze / cotton sheet, and then will tap it into my skin at night - generally once a week is a good practice. If you have really sensitive skin, I would recommend adding to a cotton sheet after saturating it with some water. I really like the smell - sort of smells like apples.
