This is my 6th repeat purchase of this.Wisp is not the latest & greatest of nasal pillows & headgear set, but a LOT cheaper than the latest & greatest. Like this nasal pillow, not thrilled about the headgear for it but it works. Added the magnetic catch for the headgear to make it easier to put on/off.Yes I am a nose breather so a nasal pillow works for me.Yes also making sure have another waiting for later replacement of all parts of the complete headgear set, tube & CPAP filters. Then just order replacement for my shelf.Also found all this is CHEAPER for me to get via Amazon than thru my insurance PLUS don't need to wait on doctor approval.

Good fit & doesn't leave marks on face when you take it off

Small and very comfortable. If worn correctly, does not leave alot of lines on your face when you first wake up. Also does not leak air

I have used the Respironics Wisp Nasal Cushion for years with great success. This time I purchased them from Amazon because they were a quarter of the price that traditional cpap suppliers sell them for. I cannot believe the item offered from Amazon is not a knockoff. The chemical odor was so strong I could only use it for a couple of minutes. This cannot be safe - buyer beware!
