Decent for Bloating, But No Weight Loss Results
I tried Plus Apple Cider Vinegar hoping it would help with weight loss, but unfortunately, I didn’t see any significant changes in that area. However, I did notice a positive difference in digestion and bloating. After taking it consistently, my stomach felt less bloated, especially after meals.
