Makes Oral Care Fast & Easy
I never knew I needed a water flosser until I tried this one, and wow—what a difference! It delivers a powerful yet gentle stream of water that thoroughly cleans between my teeth and along the gumline. The effectiveness is undeniable—I can actually feel how much fresher and cleaner my mouth is after each use because my breath has noticeably improved.Beyond just the results, the ease of use has completely transformed my approach to flossing. No more struggling with traditional floss or worrying about missing tricky spots, I still floss but with the water flosser it’s no longer a chore it’s actually enjoyable and can be done extremely fast. This device makes flossing effortless and even a bit enjoyable. The multiple pressure settings allow for customization, making it perfect for sensitive gums or deeper cleaning sessions. After incorporating this into my daily routine, my teeth and gums feel noticeably healthier. They also offer a 2 year warranty which is amazing because if any product offers a warranty like that it always proves that their product is reliable and if anything malfunctions you can get a replacement.

Easy, portable and does the job!
Super easy to use and love the large volume water capacity it holds. I’ve only had it a few days but it is definitely durable and love that the charger is USB C which is a common charger in our household. It is very portable and can easily throw it in my suitcase for travel. The buttons are functional and easy to use. Definitely recommend!!

Flexible pressure level, works well so far
The best reason to buy this is the flexible, clever "DIY mode," which lets you cycle through 8 water pressure levels and save the one that feels best. To do this, you need to read some fine print, and tap-dance through a long press and then several short presses on the single Mode button. But it's worth it – other flossers typically offer only a couple of viable pressure options, which bracket the setting you really want.Other than that nice feature, so far it charges up well and works nicely. The water reservoir twists on and off simply, old-school, and there's no side-port hinge to break and leakGripes? Deducting 1 star only because this uses a proprietary charging cable (USB-A to proprietary 2-prong). A later model will probably have a standard USB-C port. The 300 ml tank needs to be refilled every couple of cleanings, but it's about as big as you get with these devices. It's just a short press to turn the device on, so you need to point it your mouth first to avoid splashing water around – but this quickly becomes intuitive. The tiny-printed operating instructions are badly translated into English. And while cordless makes "portable" true, you'd be crazy to pack any of these devices for travel, they're heavy and quite bulky.

Nice device
Works well, holds a charge for a long time. It is somehow more pleasant than dental floss (not that it is exactly a substitute.) Easy, quick, leaves you with a clean feeling...and maybe a little water sprayed around the bathroom, until you master the art. As a bonus, it functions as a mini power washer. Works very well to flush out dried beard bits from my razor. Don't really know how this model compares with other water flossers. I don't use any of the custom settings, but having a low power setting is helpful sometimes.

Great product for a great price
Love this water flosser!! It has 4 different settings so if you have sensitive teeth or if you like more pressure you can choose what fits you best! I have a permanent retainer so I can’t floss on my bottom teeth and this water flosser works fantastic and makes my mouth feel incredibly clean, highly recommend!

Satisfied, so far.
I had my last sonicare water flosser for barely over 1 year & it stopped working (all the lights came on when charging, but nothing would work. I can only guess it wasn't as water resistant as they claim. Water runs down my arm as i use them, but never got it more wet than what would get on it that way, & i always kept the rubber cover over the charge port). I didn't want to spend $80 on another name brand water flosser that may not last. So, i decided to try a less expensive brand. It works just as well, the attachments i had left from my sonicare flossers actually fit this one, too.The one thing i hate about these is the power button placement. It needs a switch, not a button, in my opinion. It's not a knock against this brand, because they all are in a horrible place, no matter the brand, because they all try to look & function similarly. When i use them on my bottom teeth, i have to readjust my hand position. When i do that, my finger comes off of the power button. So, when i want to turn it off, I can't always find the correct button immediately. If I take it out of my mouth to look, water squirts everywhere. The only other option is to let all the water run out. Very frustrating, but i had the same issue with every one of these water flossers. I just need to get used to this one.I saw some mention the water runs out too quickly. It's fine for me. I get between every tooth, & there's still water left. It has good power, & has worked great so far. Of course, i can't speak to longevity yet, but with a 2 year warranty, i hope it will be fine. My last 2 were gifts, so i had no receipt to get sonicare to fix them. I also haven't seen how long the battery lasts, but that's not a huge deal for me, as i have an outlet in my bathroom to charge easily. This device does everything i expected, & works great. I like the sonicare tios better, because they have a bit of rubber on them that i can sometimes touch my gums with to make sure I'm getting between my back teeth. The tios on this are just hard plastic, so i will need to learn to use them differently, or just keep using the sonicare tips for now.Edit 2 on 2/18/25: i updated the review a few minutes ago to say there was no charging light, but then i looked at the manual which says there is. So, i tried a different cable, & it does actually have charging lights (the same lights that tell which mode you're using). The cable i used was a USB-C on both ends, & is fast charging for my phone. I tried the USB-C with a USB-A end like the device comes with, & it actually does have a charge light, & i was mistaken. Sorry for not checking this before updating the review. The device is still working great, but i wasn't sure it had a "battery low" light, so i wanted to charge it (I've had my sonicare flosser run out of battery mid use, because i wasn't paying attention to the "battery low" light). It's been 1 month & it's still on the very first charge. I had to charge my sonicare at least once every 2 weeks, sometimes more frequently. The battery is amazing on this device. They also sent me some free replacement tips for registering the device for the warranty, so that's cool, & something potential customers should know, too.

Great tool, great price!
Very impressed with this little pick. Easy to fill, easy to use. If it’s your first time, I highly recommend trying it in the shower until you are used to it.
