Focus on getting lid open
I'm not saying the product doesn't work. But the lid is all but impossible to open by hand, easier to just pop the lid off.

Did not have the chance to try. The pills were all stuck together solid inside the bottle. I decided not to take my chances and threw it away. Could not find expiration date on the bottle either. So, it was either poorly stored or well beyond its expiration date.
