I’ve had a heck of a time trying to find a pillow that helps with my neck, my back, and snoring. I prefer to be a back or slight side sleeper but gave the back sleeping up after I kept waking myself up snoring. (Mild sleep apnea). Side sleeping is my go to now but sometimes I wake up with my shoulder feeling crammed because the pillow was never the right height.I’ve tried dollar store pillows, wedge pillows, down filled, memory foam, honeycomb, all to no avail. I got this pillow in Nov 2024, tried laying on it the first night and it felt too high so I gave up and tossed it with the other pillows in the collection.Fast forward to now. Pinched nerve in my shoulder blade/spine with neck pain. Radiating intermittent numbness down my arm. Not my first rodeo with this issue. I did the normal tx and after a month, the pain was down to a dull ache but persistent. Laying down flat has been out of the question and have been sleeping sitting up. I was about to concede defeat and go back to the dr since I was still not getting full relief but spent another night searching up “pillow support and sleeping positions for pinched nerves”. And this pillow came back up.I pulled it back out and realized two things after fiddling with it — that I could remove a layer and flip it around to make it slimmer. I was able to lay down on it the first night without triggering pain or numbness. I was able to sleep several hours. Pain returned midday the next day. Night two, I slept longer and it actually gave me pain relief laying on it. The next day, there was some side neck stiffness but the area of the pinched nerve was not painful until late in the day. Lots of snap crackle and popping throughout the day. Night three, I got a full night’s rest. No neck stiffness upon waking and no numbness. Barely any pain today. My expectation is it’s progressively getting better FINALLY!! I firmly believe the pillow is helping to properly align my neck and upper back which is allowing the nerve compression to release.Now that I know how to set the pillow up properly for me, I’m super happy with it. If something ever happens to it, I will definitely get another one. It seems to be very well made and good quality so I don’t anticipate any issues but should a meteor blast take it out, I’ll not hesitate to get it again.Others mentioned a smell but there wasn’t any smell with mine. Months later and no smell issues either.

I've never written a review on Amazon though I've been shopping on here for a while. This pillow has actually changed my life. I am 48 years old and have really been EXHAUSTED daily so I thought I should invest in special bedding for my California King bed. I got a 3 inch mattress topper, yet very cozy, my sleep stats on my fitbit Versa 3 were still showing no change in my sleep. My sleep animal has been a dolphin for over a year now. If you don't know what that means it means POOR quality of sleep. I've talked to my doctor for quite some time about my lack of sleep. I am not one to take a bunch of medication so I've tried literally everything. I have had covid once and I do feel that since then my sleep has changed for the worse. So I've tried nasal strips to increase oxygen flow and though they helped for a while there was still no significant change in my sleep.So moving forward and many dollars later I somehow overheard people talking about this "special pillow". I sought it out and did my research and found this pillow. I ordered it with very little hope. However here I am 2 weeks later writing this review because since I purchased this pillow my sleep has increased SIGNIFICANTLY! I am EASILY falling asleep and into a deep sleep (which I was rarely getting before). I now wake up feeling GREAT! I have recommended this pillow to my family and friends and anyone who has trouble sleeping! It has literally been a life changer for me! I recommend this pillow for anyone who is having trouble sleeping! My husband has even noticed my increased mood and says I am such a happier person, which consistently good night's sleep has attributed to this! I have these big beautiful expensive pillows but I toss them all off of the bed at night and use this little ergonomic pillow! Happily! I am so thankful I stumbled across this and ordered it and highly recommend this to anyone who is debating on purchasing this pillow. You won't regret it 😊

After slipping on ice and not addressing a twitching neck afterwards (as I had never been to a chiropractor) I have suffered from daily headaches for over 20 years. I didn't get disc damage but apparently have muscle weakness and irritation in the C1 & C2 area. I have tried various pillows and have stuck with a tempur-pedic for years while still suffering. To my complete amazement the daily headaches stopped with this. It supports in all of the right places and the headaches are miraculously gone. I even had rough skin on my ear from the angle of other pillows and the hole in this has cured that as well. I bought a second one of these, I never want to be without it again. Note: despite the comapny's claim stating there is no smell, the odor is really strong upon first opening it, but give it 3 or 4 days and it goes away. Of course it might not work for everyone, but read the reviews here, and mine....this is a life changer and defintely worth a try.

Received May 25 and have been sleeping on this pillow since. I feel the functionality of the pillow is adequate and as advertised however I can't speculate on the neck pain relief as I do not suffer from neck pain but I could see how this may alleviate it for back sleepers.I am a back and both side sleeper and I am able to use this pillow by itself for my head while sleeping on my back and both sides. The pillow is both soft and firm enough for my taste to where I don't feel like I have no support but I'm also sleeping on a brick.Overall I think this may be a better alternative than the name brand version of this type of pillow for double the cost but I don't have any experience with the name brands.
