Amazing
The cheese is wonderful I got a beautiful piece , I am using it for all my savory cooking . Even grated on salad . I am thrilled and would highly recommend this to anyone who likes a good Parmesan .

Sweaty Cheese
If you've ever bought cheese before you know it can sweat when left at room temp for too long, particularly hard cheeses. This thing was almost dripping when I got it and pulled it out of the package. Still edible but I feel like it definitely detracted from the flavour slightly and it definitely was more pungent.

Good price, good tasting cheese!
I normally buy my cheese in Italy every year but since the pandemic, I haven’t been able to travel back home. I’ve been searching to buy a ‘bigger’’ piece of cheese and stumbled across this. I must say it has a good strong flavour for its age and it tastes good. Also, the price is very reasonable. Definitely recommend trying.
