I purchased this kettle from Amazon, and unfortunately, it stopped working after few months. Good customer service
I purchased this product last September, and unfortunately, I have to say that the quality has been disappointing. The device stopped working after just four months. I reached out to customer care, and they promptly sent a replacement. However, the replacement also failed after another four months, due to the same issue — a faulty switch. Once again, customer support arranged for a replacement.Despite the recurring issue, I’m giving this product 4 stars solely because of the excellent customer service. Every time I raised a complaint, they responded within 24 hours and resolved the issue efficiently.

Awesome product and best customer support
The product is awesome and servers it's purpose. I use it for regular steaming..works veryfast aswell. After two weeks I got some electric issue with my kettle and contacted the agaro customer care..they are very understanding issued a complete product replacement immediately. I'm completely satisfied with the customer support.

Agaro electric kettle
It’s been two weeks after this kettle got delivered, was working fine but stopped powering on around 12 days I had made a complaint but it started working fine again from the next day. Little dissatisfied as the mark of stains remains visible and needs wet clothes to clean the body besides this little issues I’m happy with it.

Perfect for Daily Use – Heats Water in Minutes
Overall a great product for the price. Boils fast and looks premium. Temperature control could be a bit more accurate, but works well once you get used to it.
