Get the bands!!
These are my absolute favorite. They work they work they work!!!! I started on medium and worked my way up to the heavy band. I’m just weeks you feel tightness and can see results. These are my new favorite secret for snatched thighs and legs.

Comfortable to use, stays in place
I use these bands for my Pilates class. It’s nice to have 3 different options of light, medium& heavy. They are easy to use and comfortable to wear. They are wide enough that they don't leave a mark on my legs like other bands do. The inside has a grippy surface to help them stay in place and not ride up.

Easy to use
These come 3 to a pack and I have to say I really enjoy using them. The light one is way to easy for me so I started using the medium and wow. It's crazy tough, you really have to pull and can feel your muscles. Once the medium becomes to easy, I will try the hard. I would recommend these, they come in a carrying pouch and work well.
