Great
Always been a nail biter but was determined to give it up. Have purchased this in the past and it really does work. It honestly doesn't stop me putting my fingers in my mouth, but what it does do is speeds up the growth of my nails and the really do look like I've nebeen a nail biter. Would highly recommend.

Have used this before. Really good for helping to stop biting your nails. Really doesn't taste good and you won't want it in your mouth. Good value for money.

Its a useful aid
Only you can stop biting your nails. This product helps by tasting awful, if you self control lapses but its also helps to strengthen nails to stop them splitting or flaking. I haven't found a better option or a cheaper supplier.

Tastes bad
I keep buying this hoping it will work - tastes awful but I only put it on a few days a week.My problem really - not the paste. Would be better if it made you vomit or made you ill!!!

NO Taste!
I applied this to my nails in an attempt to break my nail biting habit. I have used these deterrents previously which work for me mainly due to the practice of applying a coating to my nails reminds me not to bite them. Then the taste if I do is enough to remind and deter further attempted.Unfortunately this product doesn't taste of anything! and so has had no effect on stop n' growing my nails.I would recommend instead trying mavala which I have used previously and has a strong deterrent taste
