Works well for feed L.Reuteri bacteria. I’ve used the entire bag. I also sometimes put it straight in my tea or coffee or smoothie. Dissolves easily. Good quality and easy to mix. Tastes just fine.

Inulin is a great source of fiber and this product is high quality. Fiber is great for gut health.I would recommend that you mix this product with another powder that you use to help it mix into your liquid drink without clumping. For example, if I add this product straight to my drink, it clumps into a gel like substance even when using a high powered frother. But if I first mix it with my protein powder and and then add it to my drink, it mixes without any clumping.There is no taste or smell to this powder. It doesn't have a bad flavor or any flavor at all. The texture of it when dry is very fine and soft. A large bag lasts a very long time so it is easily worth the price.Since using it every day, I feel more regular and I have more energy. I love this company and brand.

I make my own yogurt. This is the 'food' I put in my 1/2&1/2 to feed the bacteria. Works perfectly. Smooth texture. I do mix it into a slurry in the bottom of the jar before adding all the liquid as otherwise it will clump. Note that it is sticky so waste no time if you accidentally powder your counter with it as it can set up hard and invisible once the sticky phase passes - - - guess how I know.
