The build quality is decent. It's all plastic, but you'd expect that for the price and it's not built with the cheap materials like at the discount stores. They are on the short side, so you may have to place them closer together if you want more light coverage or have overlap. I utilize them as accent lights at the edge of my front yard/garden and have them spaced on a long curve about every 5 feet. They're not super bright, but they do put out a nice bright white light.That said, the run-time is GREAT on these. I purchased these back in September and even on cloudy days they'll run through the night although they do dim down sometime in the early morning. Every other set I bought might last the night with a full day of sunlight. If it's cloudy, I might get half a night. Sofar they don't show any signs of the batteries wearing down.

We absolutely LOVE these lights. I put them in the front flower bed, next to the walkway and they are beautiful there, as well as light the walkway for anyone coming to the house. We liked them so much we placed more in the backyard around a circle of roses and plants. It is so pretty at night.

These are great solar lights! They light up my entire walk and part of it only has an hour or so sunlight! They are perfect!

I love these light in my yard, I don't have them in a area where the can get a good charger from the sun all the time,but here we are a few weeks later and everynight they shine so bright.
