Top Quality Panko
I can’t understand why this doesn’t have a 5 star rating. Panko is absolutely top quality and fries at 180C in deep fat fryer. It also doesn’t make the oil too dirty. I cooked 200 scotch eggs for my market stall and I only had to rid of the oil after cooking them all. None of them were burnt or cooked badly. For the price aswell most bags of 200g of panko like this is £2.50-£3 so £35 for a bag this huge is fantastic value for money aswell. I will be buying again!

I use a lot in making banana katsu sundae, learned panko can be used in frying banana at our local wagamama.
