Why did you pick this product vs others?:Not from concentrate. No added water. Large amount than those small ones in the store, but not too much. We love lemon most anything. Lemon Icebox pie, lemon chicken, Lemon meringue pie/pudding, and so on.

I really am really glad to have this lemon juice on hand when I need it. I still like Minute Maid frozen the best but can no longer get it.

Much easier than using real lemon when lemon is needed multiple times per day or when any lemons are needed each time.

Mainly cook fish with lemon juice. Enhances flavor of any kind of fish, cod, haddock, flounder etc. Suttle smell.

A nice lemon taste. Not bitter like some juices are.

I was able to, with great difficulty, open one of the two bottles, after which I found the quality of the juice to be excellent. However, the very thin plastic hoop that is used to pull the seal out of the cap was, in the case of the first bottle, painfully cutting into my hand and resistant to pulling and, in the case of the second bottle, completely useless; the loop broke before the seal budged. I'm not sure what to do now. Drill a hole in the cap or the bottle? In any event, this purchase has disqualified itself, which makes me sad because it is really a good product.
