I just went to cutting zip ties and didn’t realize till after I cut the RED zip tie that I wasn’t supposed to do that until it was completely installed, oops! Even had a sign that said WARNING DO NOT CUT. So I started the install, very simple. Got it where I wanted it (did not use stickers because I don’t want damage to the walls, and started the tightening process, which was fairly easy even for weak old me! I was looking for something and found they included another red zip tie for idiots like me that don’t read warnings signs. I put that on as tight as I could and the rest of the install was super easy. Took approximately 30 minutes max from box to stairs and that’s with me struggling to tighten tight enough for the door to stay closed (until I found the other red zip tie, then even easier). I did a pull test on it and it didn’t budge. So far, so good! Point of the story…DON’T CUT THE RED ZIP TIE and it will be super easy.

I’m really happy with this baby gate—it feels super sturdy and well-made, and it’s held up great even with lots of use. The instructions were clear, and I liked that it came with a few different mounting options. The auto-close feature is a lifesaver, especially at the top of the stairs, and the white finish blends in nicely with the rest of our home.It was definitely worth the price for the peace of mind. We used it with a bracket for our railings and it worked perfectly. That said, I did see some people mention the extension pieces didn’t fit quite right, though ours fit just fine. Overall, it’s been a great addition to our home!

Works great. My husband was impressed with the easy to follow instructions and inclusion of everything needed. Just ordered our 4th one. We have 2 new puppies who have to be separated from our senior dogs while they eat so they don't eat everyone's food. And Bonnie the girl is a terrorist who will get on anything she can. Which is about everything

Super high quality and an easy install. I've been through several baby gates, and this is by far the best one that I have used. The auto-close feature works great, and when you do not want it to close behind you, just set it all the way open.I'm using pressure mounting and the banister piece, and both work great, are sturdy, and are not damaging my walls.

I ordered 2 Cumbor baby gates for controlling access in our house for our dogs. I was able to install them both in about 30 minutes without reading any directions. Both fit well into doorways that were about 36 inches and 50 inches. These were completely worthless for a 6-week old Yorkie who could get through these easily, but worked well for the other larger dogs. The quality seemed very good and both held firmly and functioned well. The latch was easy to operate, and the automatic closing from either direction was nice. I'm happy with them so far, but I'll update if there are any issues after we use them for a few months.

Sadly, we had to use this to prevent our older German Shepherd from going upstairs to sleep with us. Until he gets better, it's just not safe for the poor boy to walk up and especially down the stairs since his rear legs are arthritic.We put this on the landing and the quality was much better than previous gates we've used. The 'stay open' after 90 degrees feature is really helpful, too.So far so good !

Gorgeous gates! Worth the price and super easy to install. We screwed ours into the wall. It was surprisingly easy. We bought one to see if we liked that. We do! So we bought one more. I don’t usually write reviews, because who has that kind of time. BUT if I can save someone the time, I spent reading reviews. Your welcome. 🤗

Very appealing and sturdy looking gate! Quality is very good. The included banister clamp worked perfectly for our application. Otherwise, a standard flush mounted gate would not have worked so that's why we tried this one. It mounts solid against the wall and banister and I believe the weight rating is like 150lbs. So it's perfect for our dog and the grand kids as the stairs are very steep to our basement. Now, we have some added protection which is reassuring!
