This is the best microphone I have ever used. I can use it for everything including ginger, lemon rinds any other type of citrus rinds Parmesan cheese grading zucchini it works like a champ. I love it thank you.

I needed to replace my present microplane as it was getting dull. This is exactly the same (only in red) so I know it will work great. I use it for cheese, garlic, nutmeg, lemon zest and other things.

I still cannot remove the residue of the sticker completely - the sticker telling me the microplane I had bought was, in fact, a microplane.
