Great for your health and all natural

I've been taking these for years. I learned a long time ago that combination of royal jelly and ginseng is a really great tonic. YS Eco Bee Farms has done a good job by adding bee pollen and propolis. I'm a regular buyer of this product.

Overall the product is good. I got this for my mother and she finds it to be good. I don't necessarily have any major gripes with the product. The only thing is that I when I order this it was supposed to be the one that comes with Korean ginseng as it says on the bottle, however the ones that I came in did not have it. Not a big deal because the product is still fine but it's still nice to get the product that you think you are getting.

This is a great product! It's been about a week or so of use and I can feel the difference. My energy levels are so high! I've been wanting something to give me energy and this has been amazing in doing so. I immediately felt a difference in energy the 1st time I took them around 6pm when I first received them. I had so much energy it was so hard to sleep. So if you are sensitive to any caffeine or Ginseng, I recommend taking in the morning. I have also seen a difference in my muscle recovery. I started back working out this month but after a workout, I would be on tired to do anything else and would be so sore that evening or next day. Since taking these Capsules, I've noticed I'm putting in more intense workouts because my energy level is high and I still have energy to fill my day up without feeling sluggish.. I also notice I'm being more consistent with the gym since I'm not as sore. My husband said I should take 1 because my energy is so high, he can't even match it! So take 1 to start with and if you want, do the two a day. Find what works best for you. Ditch the pre-workout and take this! Perfect for increased energy and muscle recovery from working out. I will be purchasing again and even purchasing for my mother!

I followed the instructions as listed and tested it under my tongue. I had no reaction so the next day I took 2 pills- also as instructed. I soon felt lightheaded and high. The next 3 days I had some minor sinus issues and respiratory trouble so I got a COVID test. It came back negative so the only culprit could be the bee pollen. So I changed my dosage to 1 a day to build up a tolerance.After a week my body had taken a STRONG liking to the pills. All of the issues I had, had been resolved.Now, 3 months later (still 1 pill a day), I’ve seen a significant improvement in my well-being. My skin has been clearing up, my scars heal faster, my energy levels are through the roof.I usually have TERRIBLE allergies throughout the spring with watery eyes, sneezing, etc. but now I can literally stop to smell the flowers with joy, knowing I won’t have an allergy attack!The pills are very easy to swallow and have a slightly sweet flavor - if any. They have no noticeable effect on my sleep quality.
