That your cats need water and they will drink it out of this fountain
Anyone who has a pet mostly a cat. Should buy this product my cats drink it all the time they never used to drink water. I never have to worry now about having problems with her kidneys cuz I love that fountain. And it lasted me over a year or the first one I got and it's not that expensive in the meantime your pets are getting water that they need. Recommend cleaning it every week or or more because they leave a lot of debris everywhere LOL but buy it it's excellent that also have it for dogsTo make sure my cats were drinking enough waterI like that product because it had a pretty blue light and it came with a filterI picked up mostly because the other ones were out and this was more suitable for the price. With a pretty blue light I like that so if your pet's not drinking enough water your cat you should buy this product it stands pretty in your household and it's well worth the priceThere was five I think other ones this one Drew my attention because they were out of the other ones and I like the price

Cats seem to drink more
I recently started working at a cat cafe, where they use these exact fountains. I was hesitant to switch from my easy-to-clean, stainless steel bowls, but I noticed the cats at work were drinking water much more often throughout the day than my cats at home. I have also noticed at work that the fountains aren’t as hard to clean as one might think. There are two filters, which need replaced every two weeks (the fountain came with a starter and a replacement filter of each type) and you can just pour in water to top it off in between cleanings.I set this up at home, and one of my cats was terrified for the first 24 hours or so. He kept his distance from it, and I kept some water out in his usual bowl. When his bowl needed refilled, I would fill it from the fountain in front of him, to show him the fountain was for drinking. Once he got the hang of it he was amused, and put his paw in the streams a couple times to check it out. After about three days, he realized it’s neither predator not prey, and he drinks from it frequently just like my feline co-workers 😊 I was happy to find this and happy to see him come around to it.

My Cat Approve!
My Cat Approve!I recently bought this new water fountain for my cats, and I’m so glad I did! They were a little curious at first, but once they realized it keeps their water fresh and moving, they started drinking from it right away. I’ve noticed they’re drinking more water now, which makes me feel better about their health. The machine is quiet — just a gentle trickle sound that’s actually pretty relaxing. It was easy to set up and clean, and the filter seems to keep the water crystal clear. I love that I don’t have to refill their bowl constantly anymore. If you’re looking for an easy way to encourage your cats to drink more water, I highly recommend this!

Nice fountain
I bought this for my three cats. Two of them began to use it almost immediately and it took months before the third one finally took to it. I really love it and think they do also. After using it for two years now, it's starting to make a little noise and I noticed the pump isn't putting out the volume of water to the top tray as once before. This is a little concerning. I decided to keep another bowl of water elsewhere for them, just in case the pump fails. I wouldn't want them to be without water when I'm away on vacation. I clean it about every two weeks and replace the two filtering devices. Pretty simple device, works well, and it holds a decent amount of water. I would have given it 5 stars if not for the slowly failing pump.

Never ending clean water for your pet!
Have had this well over a year, so definitely has a long lifespan. Our cat loves it so much he won't drink water from anything else. It goes with him when he gets kitty sat, last time the sitters had a dog and they had to purchase one for their dog after our cat left, lol. Still works great too. The light is awesome because no one trips on it at night. We change filters out at least once a month and rinse them weekly. We wash it with dish soap monthly, is easy to take apart. (This requires weekly rinsing or it will build up with hair and whatever else drops into it. But the health benefit to your pet far outweighs the weekly cleaning.)Our cats favorite part is drinking from the actual fountain. Occasionally he will put his paws in it and splash water on himself which is absolutely hilarious to watch.I highly recommend this product for your pet, just understand it does need rinsed weekly but other than that is low maintenance. *I buy the filter refills for about $12 here on Amazon for eight months worth. As well pipe cleaners help with getting into the small grooves when cleaning.*

Great Product
My cat LOVES having fresh, clean, running water! At first she looked at it and looked at me as if to say “What in the world is THAT thing? Is it mine?” Then she hesitantly tasted the water and if she could have smiled she would have. Absolutely a great product so far. I’ve only had it for a day so we’ll see if it lasts.

definitely recommend!
great value for the money! the item comes with 2 filter replacements which is really handy and the instructions were clear and concise. it was a hard switch getting my 7 year old cat to move to a fountain instead of a bowl but it’s finally worked. the water retention is okay, i feel like a lot of the water evaporates instead of my cat drinking it but it still lasts about 5 days before needing to be refilled. i also love that it came with a little mat to help with water splashing!!! that wasn’t even something i considered when looking for a fountain but definitely see as a need now.

Discolored magnet
This water fountain is great. Quiet, as long as the water is at a certain level and my one cat uses it regularly. You definitely have to clean it once a week just to be safe. My only quarrel so far is that the magnet fan inside the motor is starting to discolor. It worries me that it will make my cat sick. Has this happened to anyone else? And what did you do about it?
