I feel like I have relatively large hands, so these were a little tight on me but nothing uncomfortable. My only negative (and it's so minimal that it's not worth a whole star) is that the velcro is very stiff and hard to separate. I'm thinking it's only because they're still new and I'm sure that in time it will get easier.Padding and quality felt great though!

Good for training/workouts hitting a bag. Decent weight and good padding all around. The wrist Velcro wrap is practically on the upper forearm and gives no wrist support however, so either wrap your wrists/fist with other wrap first or don’t punch at full strength to be safe. Not breathable so you will get sweaty hands. Durable so far with 2 months of use.
