Clearly states that it remains flexible. It does not. Freezes into shape as shown. And that's it. Good luck fitting it between your legs. (Unless you are an elephant with gapped legs.) No chance on forming it against your crotch. Then it defrost quickly defeating the critical use needed.. trust me buy an old school grandma looking rubber ice bag with the screw top. Works better than any gimmick I used. Also after one freeze the plastic stuck to itself and tore. Rendering it trash.

Purchased for my husband post-vasectomy. The product freezes well and lasts quite a while. It works well with boxer briefs with light compression (I think we bought the Hanes XTemp to go with this ice pack). Good size and fit for those with generous jewels 😅

Don't let the fact they are labeled vasectomy packs fool you. They worked great for an inguinal hernia surgery. They have been great for a breast surgery I just had. They allow a small wrap around from my side to hold in place and completely cover the whole area of my breast that was opened.Out of all the ice packs that I have used for this surgery, I have been so impressed with these. The felt on one side to prevent needing a towel. The gel keeps its cold. They last so long. I bought one for my boyfriend's surgery, butI now have 3.

I read reviews before buying and thought it would be fine until my hubby actually went to use it. It's way too big than necessary. Not sure if it was designed for Bigfoot but the average man doesn't need all this excess. Like any gel pack, it stays cool for a short time. Hubby ended up using only once during recovery.

Gets nice and cold, and stays cold for a good long while. The 'beads' make it pretty mailable too. It's very large and you can shape it to your body, and the fabric covered side is very soft and comfortable. Total lifesaver after surgery.
