This product has improved my focus and awareness at work

I have been taking this, once a day in the morning, for about 6 weeks. I'll start by saying that my memory actually tests out as pretty poor during professional tests. My attention and memory are so poor that I have actually quit driving for safety reasons. I am only 26 years old and because of my age my doctors aren't too interested in looking into my memory problems, so I decided to try to improve my situation on my own. I started out with quite a few supplements... large DHA pills, acetyl l-carnitine, ALA, etc. I took these all together, it was a lot of pills and had minimal results. I decided to simplify my supplement regimen and ditched the old supplements for a single Himalaya bacopa pill every morning. I have been on this supplement for 6 weeks now and I feel a lot better. I feel much more alert to my surroundings and my recall is much better, and I am not having trouble with facial recognition and getting lost as much. My husband has noticed my memory and attention are better. This is a wonderful supplement and I would suggest it to anyone having acquired mild to moderate cognitive or memory difficulties.A note about the lead content some people are nervous about: the lead in this product is far below the amount of lead permitted in supplements, and much below the average daily lead intake. Apparently a lot of natural supplements contain trace amounts of lead at non-toxic levels due to natural lead in soil and then plants, so personally it is not something I am scared of.Another note about the ingredients: This supplement contains both whole plant and extract ingredients, so it gives a wide range of components of the plant, which from my reading makes for a more effective bacopa supplements.

This helped me focus. The size was perfect for me. The quality was good and the smell. I highly recommend this product. I had no side effects. The value for money was worth it.

This product does NOT look apatizing, however this line of products is amazing. I have a body that is falling apart. I have inherited every generic disorder in my family for the last 10 generarions on both sides, and they are all turned on.I am always looking for natural remedies, or something natural to help overcome the side-effects of the pharmaceuticals I have no choice but to take. I am like a chemestry set for a bunch of specialists who refuse to talk to each other. So to try to keep my eyes open for more than 4 hours a day over the medications for dystonia (it is in the realm of Parkinson's for those of you who think the word rhymes with dystopia...that was MY first thought upon diagnisis), I tried this Bacoppa after doing a little research. You need to take it with a cup of coffee or caffeine tea (real tea), in order for it to be affective. If you have fibro cystic disease, I do not recommend this unless you are willing to put up with constain flair-ups of this disease (personal choice - I chose flair-ups). You NEED to do your research with supplements!!! Do not taking them thinking they are "natural". Asprin is too, and you can still bleed to death, right? So, talk to pharmacists, PCP, specialist, etc.This all said, you WILL notice a pep in your step if you take this, as directed, with caffiene. It may take two weeks before you say, "hey, I don't fall asleep when I sit down at the computer to work", or "I am not wishing we still had nap time at work"... Seriously, it will be a gradual noticing that you are productive several hours longer, are a bit more focused, and not needing an additional cup of coffee... there are many benefits to feeling more awake and focused for a longer duration. For me, it is just losing the fog of medicarion for a few more hours a day. It is enough for me to want to continue purchasing it. If you take it as directed, and feel no difference, this herbal compound is not for you. Every body's chemical make up is different. Give it the whole bottle before you decide. I noticed in two weeks, it may take your four. I am bearly 5 feet on just over 100lbs. If you are a bigger person, it may take longer for your body to be affected.Hope this was helpful!

I made the mistake of just reading the reviews of this herb, justresearching what herbalists wrote about its properties.First, I need to say that it definitely helped my focus. However, I had some tough side effects. I started to develop nausea, chronic stomach trouble, and my arteries in my legs ached. It took me a few weeks, but I finally researched the medical world's comments on this herb.Ah! I have a compromised thyroid. The warnings are to NOT take this herb if you are on thyroid medicine. Oops! Second warning: this relaxes the muscles around blood vessels. Oh! No wonder my varicose veins were suddenly throbbing! Normally, they don't bother me at all. Third warning: this can cause stomach trouble, even ulcers.Ok, so bacopa is not for me.If those things don't bother you, it may be for you. My mental acuity was definitely improved during the time I was taking it.

I have used this product for a while! I have noticed a great improvement in my memory, overall alertness, and I am able to keep focus! I would definitely say it’s a great value for your money!!!
