This was one of the best Christmas presents our 3 year old received. He loves screwdrivers and diggers. He built and rebuilt all 6 machines. Easy enough for a 3 or 4 year old to do with minimal help. The wheels are the easiest part to put on and the rest needed instructions the first time but after that they were well able.Quality was good and better than I was expecting. Although two have broken from being stood on, not the fault of the toys, just not tidied up after!The box for storage is good and strong, just wish they'd use it.

Brilliant for any kids that are interested in trucks and or anything with wheels! Fantastic

My son loves construction vehicles and this was the perfect present for him! He had them for his third birthday and with some adult supervision and a little support he soon got the hang of his drill and putting each one together.Gives great opportunity for fine motor skills and concentration.Highly recommend for children who love to take things apart and put them back together. Great value for money.Durability is good although they are made to come apart easily again so this does happen whilst playing occasionally.

So I decided to get this set because my son wants to use power tools, I thought the battery operated drill would be at least powerful enough to actually screw and unscrew the nuts and bolts it was designed to be used with. But no.The anaemic drill struggles to even tighten or loosen a nut that a 3 year old can loosen with their fingers. Absolute waste of plastic.The set itself is nice although does feel a bit cheap, the manual screwdriver included works well enough for now but as this entire purchase was based on using the drill like a real mechanic would, I would avoid purchasing if you are likely to have a child that would be disappointed it doesn't work.

The quality isn’t brilliant but it killed an hour or so for my son. I have to say it’s rather fiddly for a 3 year old, he wouldn’t be able to do this independently so I’d say 4 or even 5 plus if playing without a parent. Would also be even better if the tub it comes in was bigger. Once you’ve unpacked the pieces it’s impossible to get everything back in and lid on.

My two and half Yr old grandson loves this toy, parts are well made, he's already made 3 different machines, tools are ok. At 2. 5yrs old he needs supervision as some there is smaller parts. Recommended, great toy for young minds to work out what/how goes where.

My 2 year old loves trucks and this has been his favourite toy since we bought it 3 months ago. It has been played with every day (in the garden, sand pit and bath!) and despite this has held up very well (see photos). The quality of the plastic is excellent, very sturdy and durable, and also has a nice feel to it. They will definitely be used for a long while yet. The drill sometimes stops working but comes back alive after a few goes. The screw driver is easier for a 2 year old to use anyhow. He can screw on the wheels on by himself. Also, excellent customer service from the manufacturer.
