well made
Recently received. This is a well made knife. Perhaps a bit heavy for a pocket EDC, it is nonetheless not to heavy to be carried. Just know going in there is some heft to it. Beveled edges, tight tolerances, sharp with a clean and even edge, and a handle that is aggressive enough to allow for a good grip, without being too aggressive to be bothersome. It has a crisp finger-assist open, but enough real estate on the blade to simply grab it to open if you want to be stealthy. It is rather impressive that the company could offer such a well made knife for an under $20 price point. I have had a number of so-called "cheap" knives that are very functional and have lasted years. I always carry, and have received a number of gift knives I know are inexpensive. But, if they work, they work. You can always find a sharper blade made out of a stronger steel. And if that is what you seek, there are hundreds of options. That isn't snobbery. They probably are better knives. But, if you want a decent blade, in a strong knife that will get many jobs done at an attractive price, you likely won't be disappointed here. I am not disappointed with my purchase. It is in my pocket right now.

AMAZING KNIFE FOR THE MONEY
This was my first time buying a folding pocket-knife and I was kind of intimidated by the number of options available but I also didn't want to buy a cheap, flimsy knife.I did a little bit of research and this knife made by Rush Deer seemed to be really durable and well-made knife, so I decided to get it since it was in my budget.First off, this knife just looks really sleek and feels premium. The stainless steel body feels good in the hand and the flipping mechanism is also very smooth which I really like. It's not cheap by any means and still manages to be lightweight, making it an excellent knife to carry around or use on-the-go.Considering its price, I wasn't expecting it to be made as well as it is. The attention to detail exceeded my expectations and I'm glad it includes the seatbelt cutter blade and the glass breaker as well.

Good knife though defective; bad customer service
I received the knife with an extremely loose clip. Many reviews stated that the clip was very tight and was sure to last forever. This one had tons of wiggle and looked like at least one bolt was stripped.I tried reaching out to Rush Deer in several ways: I emailed every email I could find on Amazon and their website (all emails bounced except for one, which I got no response from ~2 weeks later). I tried calling their phone number, tried contacting them in multiple ways. Nothing went through, and if it did I got no response. This is a shame because the knife looks like it'd be good otherwise. It has kind of an unorthodox way of flipping open, but I got used to it rather quickly.I requested a replacement which I hope will be better. Pretty disappointed with the crappy customer service. It would have been 5 stars otherwise.
