To my surprise, this product is excellent. I've used the Dreamware mask for a number of years, and thought I'd try these, as they were much less expensive. (And there are six in the package).

This headsgear fits better and lasts much longer that the Dreamgear that came with my c-pap.After two months of use, there is no sign of wear lost elasticity. Not only is it superior to the original, it is a fraction the cost.

They don't last very long - 3 weeks and the elastic seems to lose its stretch - however if that doesn't matter to you they will last a long time. For the price you get several, and collectively they are a good deal.

Better than the original!!!

I used to regularly buy these. Granted they wore out fast (I'd get maybe 2 1/2 months per headgear), but they were such a good value they were worth it. Unfortunately, it seems they changed the design. The old ones had a kind of neoprene on one side, making it stretchy. The new ones do not, and so they don't hold well, and always slide up the back of my head.

These are about as good as the OEM head straps but far cheaper -- however, like the OEM, they will not last long. the stretch out and curl up in a short time. I came up with an alternative that works even better and costs less. I bought a neoprene Slap Strap that divers and snorkelers use to hold their dive masks on. You want to get one that attaches with velcro, not lace-through holders. You will likely need to trim about 1/8" off the width of the velcro straps for them to go through the holder on the Dreamwear frame. The Slap Strap is far stronger and more comfortable. There are two styles, the full back and a split back, either works although the split back may be better if you have a ponytail. If you use a small or medium size frame, look for a child size. Mine cost $11.

The price for 6 of these replacements is about half the price of the brand name I have used in the past. But the best part - these straps are more comfortable and hold better than the brand name. Good product at a great price.
