I was in need of vitamin D per doctor telling me my lab work came back that I had low vitamin D so she prescribed me some. Doing some research I found out that prescription vitamin D is synthetic made so I thought I’d take a chance and purchase this one since my daughter recommended these. I’m totally happy that I did. Working very well for me. The flavor is so good.

I always have a hard time remembering to take vitamins or supplements - I've never been a fan of taking any meds in general and somehow they seem to get lumped into the same category in my head. However, I also have quite the little sweet tooth - and between that sweet tooth and these vitamin D gummies - the problem was solved.Now I think of these things every time I walk past the medicine cabinet - often with regret that I've already taken mine for the day. The taste is great - sweet and tangy and chewy - you'd never know you were taking a vitamin by the flavor. I think I'd call these more like gum drops than gummies per se as far as describing them - the texture is less like gummy bears and more like gum drops - but either way, they are a great treat in the morning and I look forward to taking them. Was talking about them with someone I work with, and she's decided that these are the way to go to get her vitamin D supplement as well - and we both joke about wishing we needed MORE vitamin D than the one gummy per day. :)I don't have any way of testing or knowing if these really do contain the vitamin D claimed, I'd have to wait until my doc checks my D levels again, but i trust Nordic Naturals and believe they are a good company. I have no reason to suspect these don't contain what they claim.Now I'm trying to figure out if I should probably be taking some Omega-3 gummies...er...supplements as well. You know, for my health.

Love the flavor. Gummies make it better for me to tolerate D3.

These taste delicious and have brought my insufficiency of vitamin D back up to normal levels in just a few months. The ingredients are non-scary, they taste great, and don’t hurt my stomach like many supplements. I think the gummy texture helps with absorption as well. The small amount of sugar-type coating helps them not stick together and stay hydrated (they don’t dry out). Good size bottle for the price. A great option for your health if needed to support low vitamin D.

Great Product! After doing a ton of research I started taking vitamin D. My levels improved. I have recommended these to many of my friends and continue to buy them for myself.

Easy to take a little pleasant tasting pill. Also, easy to chew.
