Cool
Great little tool for helping you figure out angles. Easy to use, easy to adjust.

You Need This
Simple, but makes so much sense. Sure, you could use a super accurate angle gauge, but that doesn’t mean your saw will cut at the angle written on it. With this you set the saw at the exact angle you just pulled from the wall. Only complaint is that it doesn’t lock once you find the angle, it’s way to easy to bump it then you have to check again.

I am glad I found a link to this little gadget
I am glad I found a link to this little gadget. It makes finding an angle very very quick and easy. Whether its for base, crown, or any other projects or trim, you just put it in place and take it to the saw to match the angle. The only downsides are that it will not find tight angles due to the guide only collapsing so far on itself. The silver gauge also could be slightly longer so it is easier to tell when you are close as far as matching it up to the blade angle, but overall it works great and I will continue to use it on any angles that it will fit into.

Angle indicators
Super simple and easy to use, but I do wish it had some way to indicate the angle that you have found.

It’s….ahhhh….ok
IF, I was able to somehow tighten the unit to hold the angle until I was able to make the cut I believe it would work much better. As is…it moves and the angle is off if the saw blade touches it requiring many trips back to the place you got the angle from. LOTS of walking. Don’t know if it’s worth it? Probably not.

Amazing
works as advertised, thanks to the engineer that came up with this tool. need to make a smaller version for the small cuts around posts that are partially imbedded in walls.

26.5 degrees.... no problem!
I consider myself a novice in wood working. I struggle with my trim work angles. This has taken care of that issue. I came across an obscure angle (26.5 degrees) while doing trim in a older mobile home. I might still be there trying to get the angle and use numerous pieces of wood. With this tool it was first cut... perfect fit. It doesn't look like much, but it has made my job a LOT easier!
