This is my go to vitamin! Love it. The only down side is…the portion is 4 capsules. I can’t take all 4 at the same time, they upset my stomach. I do 2 in the morning & 2 in the afternoon.

I had to switch brands because these three things were present in my other brand. They are not supposed to be good for you if they appear on the label.1. TITANIUM DIOXIDE - BANNED EU2. They are a bit pricey as you have likely noted. When you read the ingredients, Id say natural is best over whatever chemical things others include to make it cheaper. The bottle recommends 4 capsules daily, I do 2 daily (I'm not a doctor-not an expert-follow label directions if in doubt). I recently had a scare with potential heart issues; had stress tests and a heart catheter procedure done and was told tests revealed blockage(s). Turns out at 65yo (smoked 40 years-non smoker 9 years now, high stress, long hour jobs, etc.) my cardiologist says my heart and veins are perfect; I saw the results myself, post procedure on the screen (I'm not a doctor-not an expert-consult professional if in doubt). I did pray to Jesus for healing so I give him the credit over the vitamins FYI. I've taken this product for quite a few years. Highly recommended.

Vitamins are great and seem to provide the expected results. That said, I would caution any potential buyers to watch the quantities. In November, 2014 I ordered 240 capsules for which I paid $42 (+/-) and, because I liked the product, decided to re-order. I placed my second order in June, 2015 and paid $43 (+/-) but received a bottle on only 120 capsules. In re-checking, I noticed that Amazon still offers the 240 bottle for $43 but sent me a bottle 1/2 that size. Not pleased, but when looking at my order I realize that I am guilty of assuming I was ordering the larger bottle when in fact I ordered the smaller size at the same price as the larger bottle. Like the prododuct but not the price!!

Husbands liked these. These do not go straight through you like Centrum and other vitamins do. Your body absorbs them! Good vitamin content.

I didn’t want to face it but here I am, 50. With that comes a lot of new and different nutrient needs. Taking these helps give me the peace of mind that I’m taking that extra step to care for myself. Easy to swallow, the pills I mean. Not easy to swallow that I’m old as heck. Be consistent with these and you’ll start to feel the benefits.
