This pillow is exactly what I needed. Just something to lift my knees when I'm reading in bed so my legs aren't hyperextended. I was worried when I opened it that it wouldn't be sturdy enough, as it feels a bit soft, but it's perfect.You can also use it for neck support. Very comfy.

This is great if you are having lower back pain. It slips perfectly under your knees so when you want to sleep on your back you can without waking up with stabbing lower back pain. It also doubles as a pillow between your legs so your knees don't bump together. I'm a side and back sleeper. I start on my side, so the pillow starts between my legs, then I go on my back and I slip the pillow under my knees. I rotate like this all through the night and my back pain is reduced slightly. This has been the only item that has significantly reduced my back pain. After finally realizing that my sleep is causing my back pain (mostly sleeping on my back), this pillow is the one that helped by elevating my knees precisely to this height, and by being able to use it between my legs is important too.

The knee pillow works very well. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I feel like it should be a little longer. I did not check the measurements before purchasing. It is 4 inches high and 17 inches long. Another 3 or 4 inches in length would make it much more comfortable.

This is a quality pillow. This has enough density that it does not go flat immediately when you put pressure on it. I need to keep my knees bent at night to take pressure off my back and shoulders. The height of this pillow made it easy to transition from legs flat to bent. Also, because of its size it works well as a pillow between the knees for side sleeping. I initially purchased this because it has a removable cover. I'm not convinced I would be able to get the pillow back in the case. I have folded and safety pinned a pillowcase around it which works fine.

It is well made and of good quality material. I gave it a 3 because I did not find it comfortable when i used it under the knees or ankles like it was intended for. I bought it to help when I sleep on my back, but after about 30 mins my knee hurt. I tried other positions while sleeping and did not find it comfortable. I have found it comfortable as a neck rest when watching tv.

Really a good product and is helping me sleep better. Comfortable and correct fit.

Good pillow. It is a hard pillow. I can use it under my knees no problem. I can use it under my neck to sleep, but a little bit hard.
