Great clock.
This is an excellent clock with easy to read time and love the fact that you have a night light if you want to turn it on....We bought two....highly recommen.

An easy to see and set clock. The 9v battery backup is good to hold the time in power outages.

Good basic alarm clock but very bright
The large display is nice for those with extreme nearsightedness. And the red LED has lesser effect on pupil size and is less disruptive than blue LED. It's nice the buttons are located on the front. The only thing is, it is very bright! I had to buy a light-dimming sheet to stick on the front of it.

Just about perfect, easy to read from a distance at night, easy to program. Due to shelf type shape, not likely to tip over.

Alarm needs to be able to make Louder, otherwise excellent alarm clock
The alarm needs to be louder, with perhaps 3 volume levels: regular, loud or very loud as many seniors have bad hearing, otherwise it is a Great alarm clock. If one ear is bad, and you are sleeping on the good ear or if your hearing aids are out you need to be able to make alarm louder! Bought this for a senior who has this problem and often can not hear when alarm goes off.
