Tea lover
For quite a few years, I stopped making tea and that’s because I travel so much. Finally, I got a job where I can settle down and stop traveling and let me tell you. I truly love to be able to make tea. This product helps me make the picture perfect tea And even though it was a little rough getting it to the new location it came in excellent condition and it started right out of the box. Excellent product highly recommend this product for every family.

Excellent iced tea maker, great value!
We love iced tea and we’re spending waaay too much on bottled iced tea over the years. I tried making it myself at home but what a super hassle! Getting out the big pot, boiling water, steeping the tea, flavoring it, waiting half a day to cool down and then transfer to containers to store. Ugh! This however is a gift from Heaven! It’s so simple, so easy, and so FAST!! And the tea tastes great, OMG I wish I found this 5 years ago! If you love iced tea and drink lots of it, this is your appliance - it’s fantastic!!

Sometimes old school is better
Finally. I was tired of the newer model pitcher breaking. It cost almost as much to replace the "glass-like" pitcher than buying a new brewer. So I found and purchased the older model with the plastic pitcher. Tastes just as good and I know it will last longer. I am very happy.

I. Am. Loving. This.
I've been using this for about two weeks now and I'm in love. I used to fill a large measuring cup and nuke it to boil the water. Then I'd steep tea bags in it for a while until it cooled off. Poured it in my 1/2 gallon milk jar and added more water. I drink a TON of ice tea, so it became a bit of a drag if I didn't replenish it in time. (Yes, First World problems!)This method takes mere minutes to produce a ready-to-drink 1/2 gallon. We have an ice maker, so that part is pretty easy. But I read you can use cold water as well, just don't fill to the ice line on the pitcher. I've played with the number of tea bags and I've landed on 6 black tea and 2 mint tea. I used exactly half with the old method, but it steeped much longer. This combo gives me the same depth and color. We belong to BJs, so getting tea bags in bulk is not a problem. Will experiment with loose tea and use a coffee filter (which will fit perfectly) in the future. All in all, highly recommend. Can't speak for duration yet, but I'm liking it quite a bit so far!
