This is our third Intex pool but first time buying off Amazon. Their more current model has revised the support bars to rigid plastic now without connector pins, which makes it much easier to assemble and will reduce rusting (only the legs are metal and they do not have any holes cut in them). The only problem we had was the legs were not fitting into the plastic feet very well. After trying a couple different things, we finally took a hammer and lightly tapped the end of each leg and that got them to fit the feet. Pool has been up for 3 weeks now without any issues.The other change made is the plug for the pump has a built in timer that only allows the pump to run for a maximum of 10 hours. We normally had it on a timer for 12-16 hours per day to increase filtration, so we'll see how the 10 hour max works.

Setting this up was a breeze! The pool's size is awesome! I was worried it'd be too small, since it's a 12ftx30in, but it's perfect. Shallow enough for little ones, deep enough to hang out with them. It looks great and is holding up really well. Cleaning it inside and out is easy too.

Just got the pool filled up. It was super easy to set up and the poles and liner are very nice and sturdy. I love how it came with everything neatly packaged. It's the perfect size for my 11 and 8 year old (15x42).

Took some time to set up but seems okay for the one-fifty price tag. Instructions were not clear and setup took a couple hours if uou take your time. (Besides filling it). During filling, you gotta keep adjusting it and smoothing out any wrinkles in the bottom. I have a pice that I can’t figure out where it goes - (white plastic part in the pictures) . Also the filter return connection at the edge of the pool pops off easily. I’ll try to get a metal clamp or something. I bought this with the intention of trashing it after the season, but I may drain and store it depending on how well it holds up. No ladder included with mine. I think it’s the 12ft x 30in. Came with filter and pump and hardware.

DO NOT BUY from this company! They are not trustworthy! Upon set up, we found out same day that the pool had a leak in the liner. We tried to patch it even though a brand new pool should not be defective. Because of location, the patch wouldn’t hold. My husband re-packaged every piece to ship it back. The liner is impossible to get to the size it arrives from the manufacturer, so he used two boxes and stretch wrapped it according to our local UPS driver’s instructions. Spreetail didn’t even refund half of the cost of the pool set “due to the condition of the returned items.” Their business policy is horrible! When you buy something new it should be usable or completely refundable! They did not honor our trust in them; they did not make things right when the pool sent was faulty.

Got this pool in sooner than I expected. Everything was as it stated in the ad. I got it all put up and up and water half way up. Noticed a leak and was upset. Called customer service (Amazon). Told them about it and they seen I really did have a leak and wasn’t my fault. Got my money back the next day. My friend got the same pool same as I did. Thru Amazon. She didn’t have any issues so I have to say it was just a mishap that I got a bad one. I reordered and had no problems

Helped my neighbor get this to turn into a giant pond, it’s better than my pool! I’m ordering another one for me to do the same thing

I purchases a 20x52x46..I had a company come out level the area, for installation, they used a BOB CAT to ensure a good flat surface, then the put down 3 tons of masonry sand, covered that with the pad that came with the pool...GOOD TO GO BEAUTIFUL, I filled it no problem I love, love,love it..
