My older German Shepherd coud care less about treats and praise when in public. His "radar" is always on and he is a serious "what are you doing over there" dog. This has presented a huge training issue as he would not respond to me in public. This type collar is not something I would have approved of using in the past.However, you never know how your opinion can be changed when you are placed in a potentionally hazadous situation with your pet. If you have the larger dog you are expected by public opinion to control it while a smaller dog continues to be aggressive.This collar has been game changing, I only had to use the stimulation a few times and he quickly understood I was his focus and not the aggressive dog. Now I rarely have to use the stimulation and use just the tone as the correction. I had used a different collar initially, but it only allowed for stimulation. Having a choice of what you can use to correct the dog is the best feature and the levels of stimulation are better than the competitors product.

Update: Our pup chewed thru the collar in a matter of days. In exchange for an honest review the buyer was supposed to provide a secondary collar, but that never happened. Now we're left with a damaged/ chewed collar and no secondary.We bought this collar for mom to use with her dog who is very unruly. My mom typically has a hard time controlling the hyperness of the dog. On day one we were seeing immediate results. You rarely have to go beyond the beeping function to get the dog's attention and to get her to settle down. After day two, you simply have to pick up the remote and she immediately starts to listen better to my mom even if the collar is not on the dog. Phenomenal training tool- we're extremely happy with the purchase.

Product works great for my needs. This is actually the second set I ordered (the first was the same set up for 2 dogs) after one dog lost her collar . This set includes EXTRA collar but comes with only 1 receiver (so set is for one dog) . At any rate the seller was very gracious in helping me to get the extra products I needed to suit my needs. Very helpful company & quality product .

This training collar is amazing! Our 7 mo old puppy hit her adolescence and all obediance training up to that point went out the window. She ran away from us, wouldn't come when called, was attacking our chickens and ducks, and started jumping on everyone.Our neighbor recommended getting a 3 mode collar we chose this one and boy are we glad we did. Within a few days of use, combined with a lot of positive reinforcement our pup comes on command whether the collar is on or not, she stopped jumping, and chasing our poultry. A majority of tye time we only have to use the beep or vibrate mode, she learned quickly that she didn't like the shock mode!With proper use, this is a wonderful training aid, I'd highly recommend.

Love this product. I have four labrador retrievers, and this product has been a life saver. Once your dog has felt the zap of the collar you only rarely have to use that option. The sound and the vibration warnings are very effective after the dog has felt that initial "zap". We have a dog that likes to run and sometimes even onto our street which is not safe at all. The collar stops this behavior and I believe can save his life. Very durable as well. Waterproof as well as we took them swimming with the collars on and they worked during and after with no issues at all. Great product!

This is the 2nd dog collar I've bought and I only have 2 problems with this item. First, I don't like that I cannot choose both dogs at the same time. Second, I can only charge one collar at a time. The only reason I chose this over the one I had before is because the distance was greater than the previous.

I like this collar because it's waterproof. However, it rusts very quickly and even with the protective plug it still leaks so eventually the battery in the collar corrodes and that was after only a few months.

Meet Loki, goddess of mischief. looks you straight in the eye and does what she wants. Used the collar. Buzz gets her attention. Used the shock once and haven't had to again. Great tool for training. used with a little positive reinforcement and and a buzz and we are finally on the right tract Listens so much better!
