The Honey Care All-Absorb A27 Male Dog Wrap does the job for my tiny chihuahua. The fit is perfect. I buy a size XS for his 7lb body. I like the fact that I can take them off while he's on my lap, then put them back on when he's ready to get down. The absorbency is great. They stay in place each time I take them off and put them back on. They're very durable, and easy to put on.

I love these. They’re just as good as the namebrand but cheaper very absorbent and the little adhesive that holds it on his great taking on and all.

These really are fantastic, I have been using on my senior dog for 3 weeks. I bought these diapers for my 10 pound Chihuahua terrier mix. They fit him OK but we’re kind of easy for him to get off. The Velcro is different I guess because they are disposable diapers so he was able to wiggle his way out of it. My dog is rambunctious so I assume that’s why that occurred. But nonetheless, these diapers held the urine without any leaks and did not have any smell at all. I’m always very concerned about diapers that irritate my dog’s skin, and this one kept him dry.
