Nothing is working
When turned on, the grinder is not working properly. The milk steam wand and water are not working.

The power adaptor is not for UAE
I am disappointed that the power adapter of the machine cannot be connected directly to the power socket. I am surprised that such a mistake was made by Amazon.

Better buy from Authorized sellers
I have bought the machine in September and been struggling with since then, it had a low extraction pressure for Espresso and milk foaming was so bad to the extent that a machine I own at quarter its price foams milk much better - i am trying now to reach out to customer service of the seller hoping they can help me figure out what's wrong with it.
