I can relate to what a couple of the other reviewers said about the computer coming from overseas and the default search engines being Chinese (though the latter takes all of five minutes to switch to your preferred settings and is not a big deal). The former is a concern because if there are any issues with the computer, there's not a quick American company I can call for easy customer support.So why five stars? For the reasons I bought the computer in the first place: 32BG of RAM, a powerful processor, and 6 fans to keep the computer running cool. All of them (thus far anyway) are working wondrously. The computer boots up in an instant, runs fast even with the internet open and a game running, and most importantly - the gaming is great. Now I acknowledge my understanding of computers is limited, and my basis for how efficient a gaming computer is depends on how well it runs Total War Warhammer 3 (which isn't a great basis), but my last gaming computer I bought for $600 five years ago could BARELY run TWW2, and had to do so on the lowest settings. Load times took 10-15 minutes between every battle, and the computer went into overheat mode anytime I played a game with high graphics. So I bought this PC specifically for the high GB RAM, processor, and 6 fans - and it blows my prior computer out of the water. TWW3 runs at the highest graphic settings, loads in seconds, and the fans keep the computer running smoothly, quietly and cool. So far all my expectations are met.Conclusion: So far, this computer runs like a dream. If you know a thing or two about computers and can fix any small issues that come up, even better. If you want customer support for your product, however, you may want to buy from a local American company.

Amazing, Easy set up and fast shipping and delievery. The aesthetic looks cool and the conputer comes with a habd held remote for the rgb lights in the fans. Runs many games at fast speeds and runs like a beast. I reccomend buying if your looking for a good pc that could run all games at very high frames for a low price. And it was well protected with styrofoam and bubble wrap to make sure computer isnt damaged in shipping.Update Been a couple motnhs since i got the pc and its had no issues at all and runs perfectly just like from when i just bought it.

Bought this for my son. He set it up without issue. Went to sign into his gaming account and the monitor went black and we couldn't get it to come back. Returned for full refund.

this pc is great, and quiet even with the 6 RGB fans going and you can control them, it performance is outstanding with no lags or bottlenecks. all games at FHD, or higher play at max.or ultra settings even with all mods for the game. its got a win 11 home os latest version,and a gigabyte rtx 4060. its inside a mid tower desktop chassis. it also stays cool at all times due to the 6 fans in it. it also does great with various bench marks. it also great for web browsing, streaming movies. music all that. this is my 2nd gaming PC,and its far better then it. great price and great computer without breaking the bank. it deserves a 6 but 5 is all it goes too. but it you wont regret it

This pc has been great for running games , it just needs a little extra storage and maybe a better cpu but it’s perfect for casual or a little comp gaming

The media could not be loaded. If you're a streamer or gamer looking for a reliable, powerful desktop with zero lag and a clean design, this is it. Easily one of the best purchases I’ve made on Amazon. I’ve only had it for a week, but I’ve pushed it hard—nearly every USB port is in use (there are around 10), and it hasn’t missed a beat. I’ve got two monitors hooked up with no issues at all, and there are ports for even more if needed. No complaints. Worth every dollar. Props to the team that built this.

Terrible Pc, I’ve recieved this item and writhing a month I’ve had an irreversible Virus that made my pc unusable. Had to clear bios and manually factory reset the motherboard for a resale. Will not buy from company again.. Update, the ladies and gentlemen at the store took a look at my Computer and fixed exactly what I needed to get me back on my way! Great customer service and handle my situation very well thank you very much!

Currently in the middle of returning this item. Had this pc for less than 2 weeks and the power supply failed. Also why was google chrome set up already? Why was it then in mandarin? Why could you let the consumer set up the pc themselves? Too many red flags.. Do Not Recommend. Avoid this company! They don’t have a company website either. This needs to be removed from this platform immediately!!!!!
