I like to take Creatine for it's ability to help support muscle strength and recovery. This Creatine supplement is enhanced with AstraGin for faster absorption. A bottle provides a 30 supply & serving size is 4 capsules I'll take after a meal and before I work out. The capsules are easy to swallow and I don't have any stomach issues. I do wish the 4 capsules giving you 3 grams was a bit higher but sometimes I don't feel like drinking creatine and this supplement comes in handy.
