Super easy and healthy!
Easy to cook and very tasty. Probably healthier than other pasta as it is gluten free. A healthy diet with lots of vegetables. It's a convenient item to have at home at all times. I would recommend it.

Compared with wheat noodle, this rice vermicelli is so easy to cook, cost only 1 minute in hot boiling soup. when stir fry, I soak them in water for 10 minutes to soften , then straight to wok.
