Is this a 5-star brush, probably not, but for less than 30 bucks it sure is. When I first saw the box it came in I was thinking "there is no way this is 20' and strong enough to reach". Boy was I pleasantly surprised when I put it together. It is about 20' long and fairly ridged, especially given all the sections it has. The business end is not that wide but certainly serviceable. I haven't used it yet, but I can tell it will be just fine for cleaning my rooftop solar panels. It also reaches my second story windows and is ridged enough to apply pressure to wash them (this I did test). I'm not sure what else I would want in a low cost brush so I give it 5 stars.

1ST: WORKED GREAT2ND: YOU HAVE TO BE GENTLE WITH IT AND LET IT DO THE WORK, DON'T PUSH OR FORCE IT. JUST LAY IT ON THE WINDOW WHEN IT'S FULLY EXTENDED AND MASSAGE IT AGAINST THE WINDOW, THAT WILL DO THE TRICK.

While certainly not 20 feet long (lol) this includes someone 6 ft holding it. But fairly rigid and the attachments work nicely. Excellent price and the screw together posts work very well and add to the rigid assembly. Overall a good product

At longer length not very sturdy , and rubber part to small ( spend the extra $) get better one

This worked great to clean my 3 story windows. I did leave some streaking behind but I think that is operator error and i need more practice. It did reach up to all my windows with out issue.

I really wanted to like this 20-foot window cleaner, but it turned out to be a major disappointment. The biggest issue was that two of the pole sections had defective threads and would not screw in completely. As a result, the pole couldn't be assembled securely, and the entire unit felt unstable and unsafe to use — especially at full extension.Because the poles couldn't connect properly, the cleaner wobbled and flexed while in use, making it nearly impossible to apply enough pressure to clean windows effectively. The loose connection also made me worried the pole might separate while extended, which is obviously a serious safety concern.On top of that, the squeegee head felt cheap and didn’t stay firmly attached, and the microfiber cloth kept slipping off. For a product that’s meant to clean high or hard-to-reach windows, this is simply unacceptable.This seems like a classic case of poor quality control. I’ve already requested a return and will be looking for a better-made alternative. Until they fix these design and manufacturing issues, I can’t recommend this product.

Love this, I have a split level and it gets to my windows. Cleans great!

Overall it’s fine this product but when you attached together all the poles it tends to bend because of the weight and it’s hard to control it
