I have been looking for a cost-effective, convenient meal solution for the work week. Huel has become that option. This allows for me to keep running when work becomes really hectic. Also, Huel is a much better option than resorting to fast food in my opinion! I enjoy the coffee and strawberry flavors the most.Texture-wise, Huel is slightly granular with a consistency similar to protein shakes. Flavoring isn't overbearing and has a "healthier" taste compared to other alternatives. For example, the "Chocolate" tastes more like dark chocolate than the sweeter milk chocolate most are used to. Not too rich, which is usually a deterrent for me for long-term use.I have noticed better energy levels throughout the day than compared to eating out, which usually causes the mid day lull for me. I don't count calories very often, but this definitely beats most of the regular restaurants I usually go to for a quick bite.Overall, I am very happy with this drink so far. Vanilla flavor was ok, not the best. Overall protein content is good, but does have a peculiar whey after taste. It is very filling and does help satiate hunger for long.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:it came up during a search so I bought a 12 pack. they immediately satisfy you appetite and you can take a few sips between meals if you need to as a bridge. I use 8 ounces every morning and half a protein bar for breakfast takes me from 730am to noon easily. around 2pm I take a 1 ounce sip as a bridge to dinner. So you can use them as a very healthy total meal replacement or you can use it to help you lose weight and feel full. This is a VERY delicious meal replacement option! The vanilla is smooth and delicious (not even gritty at all, despite the plant-based protein) and also works as a perfect base to add to a morning smoothie or shake. I usually enjoy it by itself however. The lids are also interesting as they open fully yet have a little bit of a "flip-top" portion that prevents it from fully coming off. After shaking the bottle the liquid may pool inside the cap which can be annoying sometimes. The 35g of protein, 6g of fiber, and numerous other included vitamins/minerals makes this a great way to ensure you are getting what your body deserves, especially on busy days! The coconut sugar added is minimal, yet adds just enough sweetness to the shake. This is also perfect for those who hate the taste of Stevia. Furthermore, this makes sense price-wise (around $4.50/bottle) as you get both the convenience and nutritional value a single bottle provides. (I believe a single bottle is around a third of most peoples' protein goals.) I've been purchasing Huel for a while now and they've never disappointed me!
