The pencil core quality is great. They aren’t too waxy like other ones can be which makes the color transfer lighter and not as bright. They are also not too soft. Sometimes colored pencil cores so too soft that the pigment smushes around the page. These Crayola pencils are perfect. They transfer color beautifully and also have a hard enough core to where you can get crisp, sharp lines. They have a great grip and feel which makes them easy for all ages to use.

The quality is definitely there.However, I was really surprised and a bit disappointed that the packaging arrived damaged. For a trusted brand, I expected better care in the shipping or packaging process. Thankfully, the crayons inside were intact and usable.If you're looking for reliable, high-quality crayons, these are a solid choice—but I hope future orders come in better condition.

The same trusty pencils I remember from my school days, every bit as good for my 1st grader! Sharpen well, haven't had issues with durability or excessive breakage. Plenty of color choices for fun coloring sessions and you can always expand with more packs.

Does Crayola really need reviews? Lol they're always great! This set is a fantastic range of colours, durable, they sharpen so well (I always use a completely metal sharpener) they blend well, and are great value for money.
