Very neatly packed. Condition of planters, packing planters, hangers, screws separately is very nice.Looks exactly the same as shown in pictures.Only flipside is the thickness of the planters is not that great.While this is not a big deal but the top width is 30 cms and not 31 cms. Also height is 12cms and not 12.5cms. Rest of them are fine. Had the thickness been good/strong, i wd have rated 5/5. I felt this is definitely worth buying.

Missing Items in Order
I ordered a set of 10 items. The previous order was returned due to the same issue. Once again, I received only 5 instead of 10, and the items from the latest delivery are also missing handles.
