These were purchased for my work and they are probably the best scanner we’ve used. The range is wonderful and they are very easy to change the settings with the included book.

The box the scanner came in had no tamper seal or any tape sealing the box closed. Inside, the scanner was in a unzipped ziplok bag. Inspection of the scanner and charging cradle shows no physical signs of damage.A quick test of the scanner shows it is fully functional with both 1D and 2D barcodes.The charging cradle is a engineering disaster though. To move the cradle into the 45 degree angle you must take off the sides of the cradle. Once in the 45 degree angle the USB cable coming out of the cradle now prevents it from sitting flush on a desk (see pic with this review).I will be using this scanner a lot this weekend. If there are no issues with scanning I will probably keep this one even though the cradle is poorly designed. The price sure beats a $500 plus Zebra scanner.

I've gone at least 100 feet away and works fine. It reads dime size qr codes no problem. The only quirk is black barcodes on brown boxes is a little slow but my warehouse isn't super bright. It reads small light blue on white no problem which my last one didn't read at all. It sends the information to google sheets as fast as you can squeeze the trigger

We bought 10 of these. They all worked great. After about a year they started breaking 1 by 1. Anytime we try and scan something it beeps three times. I've looked in the manual and tried resetting default settings but I can't fix it.We've had about 4 of them give out now with the same issue.If someone can provide a solution, I would greatly appreciate it. If not, these will all be going in the trash and we'll be buying a different model.

Bought this to prep for our inventory that was coming up. This scanner is probably the best scanner I have used. The range on it is absolutely amazing. It scans bar codes as well as QR codes and I haven’t gotten an error yet. Prepped an entire bookstore with it and the battery lasted an entire 8 hour shift. The only improvement that I think could be made it having a digital battery monitor. It does have a barcode you can scan and it will tell you the batter level on your spreadsheet or wherever you are scanning information to. But that can get a little annoying since you have to scan it and then erase the info from your spreadsheet. But again this is a small problem and wouldn’t prevent me from buying another one. It seems durable because I accidentally knocked it off of the counter and it didn’t not break. Definitely recommend if you have a lot of scanning to do.

I have gone through 4 of these scanners in a year. Now we do put them through the rigger but the trigger stops working after a couple of months.

I purchased this for use in an asset tracking system software for my business to scan the asset tags to assign equipment to people to help cut down on theft and loss.This scanner is fairly accurate on just about every kind of barcode I have thrown at it. The Features that come with this thing like vibration to run in silent mode is awesome and unexpected as this is far less expensive than a name brand like symbol, zebra or Honeywell, and it came at 1/10th the price for one that's very close by zebra, the only difference I can notice is that this uses a square red pattern to read barcodes, the zebra reads with an ultra wide and bright red bar to scan codes. This does lead to a drop in accuracy compared to the name brand units, but it isn't bad at all, I would say it has an accuracy of about 95% but maybe its just me getting used to how it works. It's really durable as I have dropped it on accident several times and it took no damage and kept working. I will post updates as this unit ages but for now fantastic product! Go Alacrity!
