It was hard for me to get this to work I did not understand how to get it to work and it barley fit me even tho I tried to tighten it up

This product is great. It lets you set your desired frequency. Watch out the higher you go, it’ll definitely work those muscles.It did fit my 38” inch waist just fine with o problems, but could see an issue with bigger waist sizes. Overall, I am happy with my purchase!

I was pleasantly surprised by how effective this stimulator is. After wearing for just 20-minutes, it felt like I did about 50 sit-ups, all while I was reading a book. I could feel my ab muscles too. There are about a dozen different modes, some of which feel like a masseuse kneading on my abs. You can adjust the strength of the electric current as well. I highly recommend, especially for the price.

invest in the ones that adhere to your body. The belt creates folds and does not make 100% contact.
